
As we head into 2019, I want this year to be a year of intention. I know that’s easy to say on the first of January when everyone is excited for a fresh start. And while it can be challenging to remain as focused as the year goes on, I think that’s when it’s most important to be intentional. To be self-aware enough to acknowledge where you’re at, assess what needs to change & create a plan of attack to get you back on track.
